During the initial consultation, we took time to understand the homeowner's requirements and explore practical solutions to improve both the appearance and functionality of the property.

As the property remained occupied throughout the project, careful planning was essential to minimise disruption. Temporary lighting was provided, with selected circuits kept safely operational while the alterations were carried out.

Additional sockets, flush-mounted accessories and two-way lighting controls were installed. The long hallway, previously poorly lit with limited natural light, was transformed with eight ceiling lights, creating a brighter, more welcoming space.

Wall openings were patched and filled ready for final decoration, with work areas kept tidy and cleaned on completion.
